Your Weight Log

It is very important to keep a record of your weight loss.  I preferred to record my weight on a daily basis, the reason this worked for me, is because when I weigh myself every morning, right after I arose, It seemed to motivate me to keep losing weight, and say no to the things I shouldn’t eat like candy, donuts, ice-cream etc.

However if you prefer to record your weight once a week, that’s ok also, just stay motive to keep going.
