How to lose Weight Suggestion's          

SUGGESTION 8 

Plan out your meals a week in advanced.  And don’t think you need to be so rigid that you can’t deviate from the plan! 

Things happen, like un-expected guest shows up, or you need to have your grand child  for dinner ,

Or your late getting home from work,.  Or at work you are not there for lunch. 

            What ever the reason, just remember to eat the right quantity of food, if you should happen to need to eat away from your normal work site. 

You might know the current famous saying:  “What happens out of town stays out of town”!!

 Well the problem is that eating a large amount of food, and drinks does not stay out of town; your body brings it back with you!!!

            Plan out your meals, and purchase only those items necessary to prepare those meals,    the advantages are apparent and numerous, like saving you time and money, as we will discuss in the following section..

            I like to GRILL MY MEAT(s), and Vegetable(s),

I also like to SMOKE my Meat(s) and even Vegetable(s). 

I also like to bake my Meat(s) and Vegetable(s).

 For us this is the  best alternative to Frying  on a regular basis.   

I also have  throughout the years developed a way to Grill, smoke, and BAR-B-QUE, in A way that my family loves.

 Brothers, cousins and nephews wanted to know my secrets. 

I will share these with you.   

It used to be a MAN thing to cook on the Grill, but we use it to Eat Healthy, and prepare foods that taste good.

Now Both Sexes are Grilling on a regular basis.

Grilling with different types of Grills, makes the food Taste Differently. 

In the following section  we will discuss at length about  why  foods taste good, using some of our grilling techniques.

The main points are that you prepare your meats and vegetables in a way that you prefer, (hopefully not frying). 

You must limit you volume of food that you eat, thus reducing the number of calories going into your body.

Enjoy your meal times, 

It helps when you are losing weight, it makes your meal time a lot more enjoyable when you feel and see the results.  It makes meal time really enjoyable when others begin to notice how much weight you have lost.

 

SUGGESTION 9     

Follow the plan as close as you can,

but obvisiouly if there are some MENU item that you just do not like, then please substitute for a similar item . 

 Example might be to substitute carrots for Broccoli.

            This might seem like a lot of food and will require a lot of preparation time,  I can tell you that this has saved us a lot of time as we will discuss in the section on saving time, 

         Please stick to this plan for at least one month .

I know you will see some of the results you want.

REMEMBER it took me 21 years to put on this extra weight I didn’t need, so it will take a little time to get it off and keep it off,

So don’t get discourage,

 You will see your pot of gold at the end of the rainbow so to speak.

   You will lose some weight , you will eat food that taste good, you will be eating  healthy, and like us we saved substantial amount of money.

We found this out as an extra bonus after we began to follow this plan.

 Today we must look at all the places where we can save some money.

 We need to look for ways to help off set the constant price increases for our Electricity, Gasoline, Food ,  and everything else.,

mainly by cutting our food expenses. We will share with you all our findings in the saving money Section.
