How to lose Weight Suggestion's

 

Suggestion 4

Once you start this suggested plan don’t CHEAT and eat items that add to your total calorie intake during the day.

 I believe that if you do not lose any weight then you are CHEATING and not giving your body a chance to lose the weight you desire,

and you are putting the calories into you body, it don’t need.  Or you do have a medical problem, in which case we recommend you go see your health specialists.

            OK after saying all that I want to spend the rest of these sections by sharing with you How we lost the weight, and how to not gain it back.

  Suggestion 5    

Only pack the amount of food  that you will and should have for lunch. 

Also throw in or have an extra apple, or some grapes or other fruits, available  for a mid-morning snack if you feel you need it or want it.

 

   Suggestion 6    

Drink at least 5 glasses or more  of water throughout the day.  Water is the main source of the transportation energy vehicle  in your body. 

No mater which liquids you are drinking  ( soft drinks, apple juice, orange juice, Water, Coffee, Tea etc.)  your body separates the Water from the other liquids and uses the water molecule as the Transportation Energy Vehicle. ,  

So common sense tell us that drinking a lot of water  ( for me a lot is at least 8 Glasses a day) is what our bodies need. 

            As an added bonus for drinking a lot of water, is it helps us to clean out our kidneys and keep our plumbing inside out body working better also.

 It also keeps us from becoming de-hydrated a condition that the body gets up-set at you if it becomes dehydrated.

 

Suggestion 7 

Do your best to make your plate look as appetizing, and colorful as possible.  I always wondered why most of the times at restraunts, the food looked very appetizing, and I couldn’t wait to eat

 Seeing food triggers our brain , to think we need it if it looks good. This is definitely a physiological play on our brains, after all if it looks good it must be good. 

 

How to lose weight

                         Notice this plate with the cottage cheese  on the  tomato with the lettuce  leaf under  the tomato, or the Apple Sauce spooned on to the lettuce leaf.  ( yes we also eat the Lettuce Leaf. 

This is such a simple way to prepare your whole raw tomato and have it look very colorful and appetizing.
